Santiago de los Caballeros wants to develop a Structural approach for an extension of their Grey Infrastructure System. Their geography is so strong that they have had no other way but to adapt to the geography in the development of their infrastructure so far. The elongated valley, with the mountains north, has forced the "ring road" to be reticular in spite of their will. They have just have to be aware of their features and extend them accordingly.
