Gray Infrastructure is both for Passenger and Goods transport.
The passenger one is Road and Rail. The Good's one, often called basic urban services, are pipes, wires, and intangible as well as roads.
The Metro Matrix integrates Green and Gray Infrastructure.
When applied to Buenos Aires we can see the diagonals of Buenos Aires are not a feature that should distort the topographic, geographic, administrative and historical reticular DNA of the Metropolis.
Understanding and managing the metropolis on its own natural mechanisms instead of imposing a contra-natura inefficient concept will not only solve numerous problems and contradictions, it will boost the economy, probably shrank by erroneous policies. |
